At Citizen Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timepiece does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box and include all manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional materials.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
